Inquiries and estimates咨询与预估
Website estimates and initial replies are for planning only. Final pricing, schedule, stage, ensemble size, and deliverables must be confirmed in writing before a session is locked.网站预估和初步回复仅用于方案判断。最终价格、档期、录音棚、编制和交付内容，需要在正式锁定录音前以书面方式确认。
Client materials客户材料
You are responsible for ensuring that scores, parts, MIDI, PTX, references, audio, and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have the rights to use and share them.您需确保所提供的总谱、分谱、MIDI、PTX、参考音频及其他材料准确，并确认您拥有使用和分享这些材料的权利。
Booking and changes预订与变更
Session dates, players, studios, remote monitoring, additional services, payment timing, and cancellation terms may vary by project and will be confirmed in the project agreement or written correspondence.录音日期、乐手、录音棚、远程监棚、附加服务、付款节点和取消规则会因项目而异，并以项目协议或书面沟通确认为准。
Deliverables交付内容
Delivery formats, editing, mixing, video, music preparation, revisions, and file transfer methods should be agreed before production begins.交付格式、编辑、混音、录像、谱务、修改范围和文件传输方式，应在制作开始前确认。
